Investment Criteria
AAI will look at a wide range of potential acquisitions with well defined criteria to provide the best investment results. The following criteria are preferred:
- Manufacturing companies with worldwide markets
- Strong management team identified
- Long term operating history or compelling valuation and terms
- Niche products and/or markets with defendable position
- Companies with strong gross margins
- Synergies with other existing portfolio companies
- Strong likelihood of an exit in five years
