In 2010, ANANIA & Associates Investment Company LLC (AAI) created the newly formed company, Industrial Microwave Oven Services LLC, (“IMOS”) of Windham, Maine and Bedford, New Hampshire. AAI’s partner in this new venture, Neil Towey, has over 25 years in the microwave oven industry and brings a vast knowledge of the products, customers, uses and technical requirements of these products.

IMOS is poised to fill a current void in the global marketplace servicing, retrofitting and selling spare parts for industrial microwave ovens. Whether the operation has one small batch oven or multiple large unit continuous lines, IMOS provides solutions to repair down lines or improve underperforming lines due to maintenance or repair issues. IMOS professionals have worked on a variety of styles, makes and models of ovens whether used for cooking various foods such as bacon, tempering frozen foods for further processing, or heating and drying various products such as foam, wood, coal or sludge. IMOS leverages expertise from a sister AAI company, Mega Industries LLC (MEGA), which has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing microwave components to develop new products, which could increase yield and productivity for its customers saving millions of dollars in production costs.
